Today we met at the castle for Autumn Sweaters 2020.

They are wearing my latest sweater design Sol Inca,
the “afterthought” pullover.

The sweaters were so long in the making . . .

and in the waiting even longer to get together . . .

then with so many tourists milling about the castle, we just made it quick.
Although fewer photos were taken, as usual my nieces were fabulous!
In closing, SOL INCA design came from a well spring of curiosity, where from I researched culture and made many relevant posts in series “Gifts From The Sun”.

Yes, they are wonderful, and the photos are just lovely. You all are adapting to what the moment offers. Think you all.
To think it had been a whole year since I saw them last! Needless to say, I was a little distracted and things were rushed a bit. But then looking back at the photos, they make it look so natural and easy, and only then could I relax and feel a job done. 🙂 xx
Gorgeous! The looser fit that your nieces requested look really fab too. Xxx
Really a lot looser, oops… I hope that’s what they had in mind! 🙂 xx
Beautiful as always and such pretty girls!
Virginia, they are my joy! xx
Jen your nieces look fabulous in their exquisite pullovers. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope that the new year will be better than 2020.
Wen, thank you, and for sure this new year is so much better already. I hope to see my nieces a lot more this year, and I am going to have to stay busy knitting! xx
Love this design and the colors you chose. It has almost a shawl effect across the back. Nieces are so grown up I can’t believe it! Beautiful beautiful. xoxo
Thank you!!! xx
Beautiful photos, Jen!! I have this pattern in my queue.
Can’t wait to see what you do with yours. xx
I love it in shades of grey and white. I would also love a green sweater!
