a merry little christmas

jenjoycedesign© a tiny christmas tree

A tiny living Christmas  tree for a tiny house!

And on it I have hung two ornaments…

A really tiny house, and well, that needs no explanation does it …  and an acorn,  a symbol of strength & potential.   This brave & fearless little tree has a big future to uphold!

  1. Merry Christmas to you Jen too!
I always puzzle over what Xmas means and, then, when it comes around, I realise there is a characteristic hiatus and a feeling that people trust the world enough to put their best foot forward.
And, of course, it is a time of powerful symbols.
To your little tree, to your little house and to your big acorn.
And to Emma and your man as well.

    • Karin, I have always puzzled over the very same ponderings, yet the spirit of humanity twinkles in the lights, and somehow as you say, it is an abstract kind of hiatus. For me I am never really enjoy until I am relaxed, and never relaxed until I’ve finished all of my making gifts.
We’re all cuddled up here in the tiny house, Vince Guaraldi Christmas on the Bose, and a magnificent rain storm just hammered us. I’m making chicken soup and all is well. I can’t decided what to knit next…
      xx!

  2. Merry Christmas Eve, Princess Little White Moth! I’m so happy that things are being restored to you, and that you are blossoming and flourishing once more.
I hope you have a truly wondrous and magical holy-day. I’ve missed you, but I’m so pleased that the universe is cooperating with you…mostly.
    All my love, ♡♡♡
    Taddie

    • Taddy O’ , thank you! And I’ve missed you too, and yet when you drop in its like you have not been absent. I am trying not to miss Christmases past, with the glorious tree laden with heirloom ornaments and layers of magical lights, but next year, I’ll manage to find my style of celebrating . For now its just a tiny christmas in a merry little way, which is just wonderful actually. I am happy yes, you noticed, that things are coming along. I am hoping you are having a wonderful time this holiday, Love love, xx

    • There she is! The one who has given us the little tree! Thank you thank you thank you Sorcha! Didn’t you love that rain storm about an hour ago? Righteous!!!! xx
